Order Cancellation

As a general rule, we do not accept order cancellations after an order has been placed.

However, depending on the circumstances, we may be able to accept a cancellation request at our discretion.

• Payments made via PayPal: If we approve the cancellation, we can provide a full refund.
• Payments made by credit card: If we approve the cancellation, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount due to potential losses caused by currency exchange rate fluctuations.
