Hot Toys HONŌ STUDIO has released another figure in the X-Men comic book series, following the success of the previous Wolverine figure, this time focusing on another iconic character from the X-Men series - Magneto.
This Magneto figure is crafted in 1/6 scale, standing approximately 32cm tall. The design is inspired by the classic depiction of Magneto in the X-Men comics, featuring his signature red and purple battle suit. The suit's intricate patterns and details are faithfully reproduced, with the armor surface also benefiting from a metallic paint finish, enhancing its texture. Additionally, the iconic purple cape is wired, allowing for customizable posing options. The head sculpt portrays Magneto wearing his helmet, which is meticulously crafted to capture both the surface texture and intricate design details. The facial expression depicts a fierce and angry demeanor, complete with detailed gray-white eyebrows. However, it's worth noting that this figure does not come with additional interchangeable facial expressions, nor does it allow for the helmet to be removed.
In terms of articulation, this figure features 26 points of articulation, ensuring a wide range of poseability for everyday play and display. Among the accessories, the most notable are the replacement hands equipped with magnetic functions, allowing them to attract metal components.
