We would like to assure you that all the figures we sell are authentic and of high quality. We take great care to source our products from reputable suppliers to ensure that our customers receive genuine and well-crafted items. However, it's important to note that, like any product, there may be minor imperfections or defects that occur during the manufacturing process. While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee absolute flawlessness in every piece.

In the rare event that you encounter any issues or discover a defect in your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

All product especially the figures defects/damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the items.
Please contact us immediately if there is anything wrong with the products you have received. We generally only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Refund will be given after we receive the return package. When you return the item, please be sure that the shipping cost is at your own expense.

Please note that we do not accept return, or exchange if:
Products especially the figures that have been used and more than 5 days after delivery.
Products especially the figures is damaged or has been modified or adjusted.
Products especially the figures without packaging.

Pre-owned Items
Pre-owned items with missing/damaged parts cannot be returned but may be eligible for partial refunds. Partial refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all included accessories. It must also be in the original packaging and kept in the original form as received (sealed pre-owned items must stay sealed).

New Items
All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. If a new, sealed item has been opened, it cannot be returned. Opened items are any products that have had the factory sealed tape removed, or where there is clear evidence the product packaging has been opened.
