Yes, the tracking updates are a little off but once you get your tracking # and you're able to search through whatever delivery services that run through your country, you'll be able to get a more accurate tracking than to the one on shop or the Japanese website they send you to. The customer service team was not only helpful, super patient, and nice when communicating with me and easing my worries since this was my first time ever not only buying a figure but from a figure company outside of the US. Thank you figure start for this amazing experience I will be buying from you guys again very soon
